Oxidized polyethylene wax is a polar wax made of polyethylene through oxidation process. In addition to being polar, high-density oxidized polyethylene wax is characterized by high viscosity and high melting point, which can significantly increase the viscosity of the melt. While improving the degree of plasticization of the melt, the metal peeling performance (release performance) is also corresponding. It is especially suitable for PVC rigid foam board, injection molding products, low calcium products and transparent sheets.

Low-density oxidized polyethylene wax has lower viscosity than high-density oxidized polyethylene wax, and the effect of promoting the improvement of plasticization degree is not obvious, but it has a significant effect on improving the extrusion speed and appearance gloss of PVC product processing, and is suitable for processing and application of most PVC products.
