Active zinc oxide can promote cross-linking reaction faster and more evenly during the rubber vulcanization. Due to its high activity, the dosage is small (usually 1/3-1/2 of ordinary zinc oxide). Active zinc oxide can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber (such as tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance), improve the heat resistance, aging resistance and chemical resistance of rubber, improve the thermal conductivity of rubber products, prevent overheating and aging, and is suitable for high-performance rubber products.
