EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)
EVA is produced through the autoclave-style technology of ExxonMobil with a designed annual output of 100,000 tons. It can produce products with high VA content and high melt index. VA content index can be regulated within 0~35wt% and MI index within 0.1~450 g/10min. The product is applied to industries of agricultural film, foam, cable, hot melt adhesive, coating, PV and etc.

EVA FL02528 (MI-25g/10min, VA-27.5%) is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer without addition of anti-block agent and slipping agent. It is mainly used for solar photovoltaic packaging adhesive film, as well as hot melt adhesive, foam, sheet and other products.
Recommended processing technology
EVA FL02528 is suitable for the usual extrusion processing temperature range, The recommended processing temperature ranges from 90°C to 190°C(do not exceed 220°) The specific process design shall be adjusted according to the equipment and products.
Product packaging and storage requirements
Packing: Net weight 25Kg/bag .Products should be stored in ventilated, dry warehouse, away from fire, prevent direct sunlight, shall not be stacked in the open air. During transportation, the product shall not be exposed to the sun or rain, and shall not be mixed with sand, broken metal, coal, glass, etc., nor shall it be mixed with toxic, corrosive and flammable materials.
