Redispersible polymer powder

Redispersible polymer powder (VAE Emulsion Powder) product is water soluble redispersible powder, divided into ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, with polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid, spray drying white powder adhesive.  

Redispersible polymer powder can be quickly dispersed into emulsion after contact with water, because of the redispersible polymer powder has high bonding capacity and unique properties, such as: water resistance, construction and heat insulation, therefore, their range of application is extremely wide.

Redispersible polymer powder has excellent waterproof performance, good bond strength, increase the elasticity of mortar and has a long opening time, give mortar excellent alkali resistance, improve mortar adhesion/adhesion, bending strength, plasticity, wear resistance and construction property, in the flexible crack mortar has stronger flexibility.

Application of Redispersible Polymer Powder 
Mainly used in ceramic tile adhesive, ceramic tile jointing agent, plastering gypsum, self-leveling mortar, grout material ceramic tile adhesive, bonding mortar exterior insulation system, exterior insulation system of plastering mortar, flexible interior and exterior wall putty, flexible anti-crack mortar, powder polystyrene particles insulation mortar, powder coating, insulation board, have higher request for flexible polymer mortar products. 

Function of Redispersible Polymer Powder
In wet mortar to improve construction performance, improve flow performance, increase thixotropic and vertical resistance, improve cohesion, prolong opening time, enhance water retention,  After curing, the tensile strength of mortar is improved, the bending strength is increased, the elastic modulus is reduced, the deformability is improved, the material density is increased, the wear-resisting strength is increased, the cohesion strength is improved, the carbonization depth is reduced, and the water absorption of the material is reduced.

2.shelf life 6 months,If the expiration date is exceeded,But no caking phenomenon can continue to use.
3.Note:The unused rubber powder must be sealed after opening,Avoid moisture from air contact.
